Macro Flowers Saturday # 21-Mums flowers, colorful chrysanthemums

Herzlich willkommen is German for Welcome!

But it feels different, much warmer. In a free translation it means "I welcome you with all my heart!" This time, I welcome you with a heart of mums.

I couldn't find and English equivalent of this greeting in words, so I used our universal language, the image.

The gorgeous chrysanthemums, or just mums, are blooming already, meaning that autumn is not so far.
Heart shaped mums
Chrysanthemum is considered the queen of fall flowers and I can see why.
When all beautiful summer flowers fade, mums compensate us with their amazing color explosion, that lasts till winter.
Pink mums
Did you know that:
People, speaking several languages, almost never use just one language in their conversations. Sometimes, a word in a language is not so powerful that its corespondent in another language. Mixing languages, you can give a more deep meaning to your thoughts and its a natural thing to do it.
Well, that's not possible in blogland, that's how I came to the idea to compensate with some picture editing.

You're early today Maia with the linkup. I still have to think what to submit this weekend.

I don't have any garden mums growing in the garden this year. They really do give great colour from August onwards and they'll always stay nice and neat with their hundreds of little flowers grouped in a dome.

Nice thoughts on language too today.

I love Chrysanthemums in the garden. They come in some many pretty colours. I want summer to stay for a while longer though.

Thank you Maia, mums are really attractive flowers especially when they come together in different colors! I used to see them all lined up along the streets whenever there's a special occasion in our place. Thanks for sharing.

How clever that you enclosed the flowers in the heart shape.
*I mixed languages but it's because I get stuck with my Vietnamese. :-)

I saw mums in a store for the first time last weekend. I can't wait to fill my pots with those gorgeous fall colors.

Great way to display Macro.

I observed in Germany that people visiting people, they always bring flowers as a gesture of special affection or gratitude or as a gift whatever the case may be. That was lovely.

Flowers have their own beautiful language yet no words are necessary.

Gorgeous mums, your choice of frames is perfect. I especially like the heart.

Your mums look pretty and yes, I am joining MFS for the first time! In my country, we have hundreds of languages and dialects for such a small island and I also get to mix some of them yet people seem to understand the layer of meanings!
